Social studies
promotes knowledge of and involvement in civic issues - such as
health care, crime prevention, and foreign policy - are
multidisciplinary in nature, understanding these issues and
developing resolutions to them require multidisciplinary education.
In defining the key aspects of social studies, we will design a
campus-based program that aligns with your vision of helping young
people develop the ability to make informed and reasoned decisions
for the public good as citizens of a culturally diverse, democratic
society in an interdependent world.
Some of our more popular topics have been: Government and Politics,
Human Rights, U.S. & World History, Cultural Diversity, Democratic
Process, Geography, and Global and International Studies.
